WellMama began publishing a quarterly newsletter in January 2013. Issues will be published in January, April, July, and October. Please sign up to receive our newsletter.
Advertisements
We do accept paid advertisements for our newsletter. Our newsletter is emailed to more than 350 medical providers, donors, and others interested in maternal mental health in Eugene and Springfield. The newsletter is also posted here on our website.

Format
Advertisements should be in pdf, jpg, tif, eps, or indd format with at least 300 dpi. Advertisements should be in full color (CMYK or RGB format).
Submission
The WellMama newsletter is distributed in January, April, July, and October. Deadlines for submitting advertisements are as follows:
- December 1 for the January issue
- March 1 for April issue
- June 1 for the July issue
- September 1 for the October issue
Advertisements should be emailed to Mandy Lindgren prior to the deadline.
